About me

I grew up in a big family in a small seaside town, surrounded by nature, sea air, and a deep belief in natural remedies. In our home, wellness wasn’t something separate; it was simply how we lived.

Both sides of my family carried a long history of mediums and psychics, and there was always an understanding that health came from balance: nourishing food, movement, rest, and listening to your body’s quiet wisdom. Growing up in that environment nurtured my own intuition and taught me to trust my instincts, without ever considering myself psychic.

When I was about twelve, I discovered yoga through lunchtime classes at school. I fell in love with it instantly. The breath, the stillness, the connection - all of it. That moment marked the beginning of a lifelong journey into holistic wellbeing and self-discovery.

My curiosity has always been broad and wholehearted. At school, I studied languages, science, music, and dance, fascinated by both the physical and the unseen.

I began my career as a biomedical scientist, a path that appealed to my love of learning and precision, but my heart soon drew me toward something more human and healing. I moved into welfare rights and social care, where I worked with people from all walks of life and learned deeply about empathy, resilience, and the power of touch. It was there that I began exploring massage and complementary therapies, discovering how profoundly healing even the simplest touch could be.

Over the last three decades, I’ve continued learning, training, and growing - blending traditional wisdom with modern understanding.

All of my work is trauma-informed and nervous-system aware, rooted in compassion, presence, and respect for each person’s unique journey. I feel deeply grateful for the many wonderful teachers I’ve learned from and the countless beautiful souls I’ve been privileged to teach and support.

I still practice yoga, still learn every day, and still love the vast diversity of people I meet through this work. My plan is simple: to keep sharing, exploring, and evolving.
